At Tiny Tunes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on purchases once an order has been placed.

However, for added peace of mind, customers can purchase our optional 30-Day Warranty at checkout. This warranty covers eligible issues such as defects or product malfunctions within 30 days of delivery.

If you have purchased the 30-Day Warranty and experience a qualifying issue, please contact us at officialtinytunes1@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will assist you with a replacement or resolution in accordance with your warranty coverage.

Please note:

• Refunds are only available to customers who have purchased the 30-Day Warranty and meet the eligibility requirements.
• We do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
